Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to style Adunni Afolabi as she starred in a play called "Beneath the Layers". Styling Adunni was extra special because I got to work alongside with stylist Tyshinia who also happens to be my cousin! Together we were able to make magic as we left people in the audience raving over the outfits Adunni SLAYED THE GAME in on stage! From the fitting, to the dress rehearsal, to dressing Adunni backstage on the actual night was such a great experience because I was in my element doing what I love, having fun, and also learning at the same time. Being backstage stirred up emotions and adrenaline in me as I thought to myself, "it won't be long until I am dressing people in my own designs!". So thankful to Adunni for exposing me to a new dimension!
